تشكل المقابلات الشخصية حاجزا وعائقا أمام الكثيرين لخوض فرصة جديدة، مهما كانت، وبالمقابل تفتح هذه المقابلات فرصة أمام الكثيرين لاكتشاف الجوانب المظلمة في شخصياتهم، والتعرف على أنفسهم أكثر فأكثر.. إليكم بعض النصائح، بحسب ما جاء في أنت، التي قد تساعدكم وترشدكم للاستعداد للمقابلات الشخصية املين أن تحققوا النجاح، وأن يلازم التوفيق طريقككم...


ابدأ بجمع المعلومات عن الشركة التي ستلتحق بها، فهذا يعطيك قدرا أكبر من الثقة بنفسك وانطباعا جيدا عنك لدى صاحب العمل وعن قدراتك واستعداداتك للعمل لدى شركته.



2 حدد الأسئلة المألوفة في مثل هذه اللقاءات وتدرب على الإجابة عليها.

8 ارتدي ملابس مناسبة أنيقة لتكون في أجمل هيئة.

9 احرص على الوصول إلى مكان المقابلة قبل الموعد المحدد بفترة كافية ضماناً لعدم التأخير.

10 انقر على الباب نقراً خفيفاً قبل الدخول.

11 ابدأ بتحية المدير وصافحه بصورة غير متكلفة ثم اجلس، مع المحافظة على ابتسامة خفيفة أثناء اللقاء.

12 حاول أن تصغ لكل كلمة صغيرة أو كبيرة يقولها المدير ولا تنشغل بشيء آخر.

13 تحدث بنبرة صوت متزنة "غير مرتفعة أو منخفضة" ولا تتردد، وكن واثقة من نفسك وابتعد عن الغرور والتصنع.


14 لا تتحدث عن الراتب قبل أن يذكره المدير ويفضل عدم تحديد راتب معين لأنه سلاح ذو حدين، وحاول الحصول على معلومات عن مستوى الرواتب بطرقك الخاصة.

15 حاول أن تؤكد أنك حريص على العمل في هذا المجال والتعاون مع الشركة حتى لو كانت شركة حديثة.

الاقتراح: إبراز المعلومات التي حصلت عليها والمتعلقة بالشركة والمهارات التي تكتسبها والمزايا التي ستحصل عليها الشركة من عملك بها، وعدم التركيز على الجانب المادي.

2. تحدث عن نفسك ومواهبك وهواياتك:

الهدف: كيف ترين نفسك؟ وبالتالي كيف تتوقعين أن يراك الآخر؟

الاقتراح: استخدم عبارات موجزة للوصف والتعبير عن قدراتك وخبراتك العلمية والعملية والمهارات الخاصة والهوايات.

3. أين عملت قبل ذلك؟

الهدف: التعرف على خبراتك السابقة وقدراتك الخاصة.

الاقتراح: اذكر الأعمال ذات العلاقة الوثيقة بالوظيفة المرغوبه.

4. هل عملت أثناء الدراسة؟ و لماذا؟

الهدف: معرفة دوافعك للعمل مادية أم اكتساب خبرة ومهارة.

الاقتراح: تحدث بصراحة.

الهدف: التعرف على وضعك المادي في العمل السابق ومقارنة إجاباتك بأسباب تركك للعمل واكتشاف التناقض بينهما.

الاقتراح: كوني أمينة وصادقة.

6. لماذا تركت عملك السابق؟

الهدف: التعرف على ما إذا كانت هناك مشاكل وجدتها في عملك السابق وكيف تعاملت معها.

الاقتراح: التركيز على أسبابك المتعلقة بالطموحات مثل عدم وجود فرصة للترقي، ولا مانع من أن تذكري أسباباً عامة.
